Phew,,

okay...i went for mssm phase 1 training for 4 days...
all the physical training made me DARN tired....and painful...
we stayed in Fair Park Hotel....every night go Bunga Raya supper...haha
stayed in the Conference Room...VERY big...but 15 fella..=.=and 1 toilet onli....lame..but FUN!
played from 8.30-12.30 and then afternoon is 2.00 to 5.00....woah...die..summore so hot...
3 small fellas' under-12 always duwan bath....gila dirty....
everyday play football in room..haha...had lotsa fun....
